Brett started with Jelly Real Estate in Solana Beach, later working for ReMax in Carmel Valley, Grubb & Ellis ( where he earned Top Producer for Southern California Region ), and Prudential Real Estate at the Polo Fields, before going Independent

Brett passionately advocates for Clean Alternative Energy  and Sane Community Planning, speaking regularly at City and County Council  Meetings and writing opinions to Reps at State and Federal bodies.

 

As a member of Hawaii Farmer’s Union, Brett hosted and taught Woofers, Organic Farming Methods , incorporating Hawaiian Cultural Practices on his Finca Ulu de Paz, on the slopes of the Haleakala Crater, in Ulupalakua, Maui, Hawaii

Design Build Project Experience

Brett has remodeled a number of properties, including single family and apartment residences, and is experienced in evaluating investment return scenarios.

Brett is ( March 2020 ) currently engaging Architects and Draftsmen / women, to assist in Design and Build of SFR and Duplex properties in Solana Beach and Kuau, Maui, Hawaii.

Brett attempts to stay up to date on changes to local zoning, some of which may be enhancing property values, ( Additional Dwelling Units…ADU’s ) and Rent Control Laws, which might cause deterioration in quality of some neighborhoods, and affect expected ROI
